Blood Pressure Sensor
Developed and produced by Sensors IC Lab (SiL). We use an optical sensor to measure blood pressure without cuff and body invasion. The overall system has been implemented on PCB then packaged into a hand-held device, which makes it portable and friendly to the user.
Energy Harvesting
In the innovative technologies in recent years, there has been increasing demand for mobile devices and microsensors systems. However, batteries progress cannot meet these devices energy needed. Solutions such as energy harvesting and power management become hot research topic today. A lot of system designer start considering the implementation of energy harvest devices to enlarge the batteries work time or to set a battery-less system.
AMOLED Driver Circuit
New pixel circuit for an active matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) display, which consists of five thin-film transistors (TFTs) and one capacitor. This circuit develops techniques of pulsed drive and reverses bias to achieve desired emitted brightness levels and elongate OLED lifetimes, respectively.
Readout Circuits
The output signal of the sensors are very small, low sensitivity and high noise, readout circuits are used to read the value of the sensors, through the noise filter, signal modulation, signal calibration and the final output of measurement results are high accuracy and stability values.
